wild wasabi card

Good Friday Morning!!! Yippee for the weekend!! Another quick post...there just doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day this week!! This is a card I did for my stamp club meeting last week. I used the Wild Wasabi precut cardstock that Stampin' Up! is offering right now. I wanted to show the gals that you can make cute cards with just paper and you don't always have to drag out all your stamps. I used the Afternoon Tea paper. I found a flower that matched one on the piece I had cut for the front and punched it out with my circle punch to highlight it. I popped it up on dimensionals, added 3 brads for the center and some crystal effects to make it shine! I stamped just a birthday sentiment on the inside. Hope that you have a fabulous Friday!!! Enjoy your weekend!!
{{luv ya...mean it.....Tara}}
what's in it?...
stamps...Hugs & Wishes

paper...wild wasabi, groovy guava, whisper white, Afternoon Tea dsp

ink...groovy guava, chocolate chip

accessories...pewter brads, crystal effects, guava ribbon

other...corner rounder, circle punch, dimensionals, sponges

***I just noticed that my blog counter has reached over 40,000 hits!!! I can't believe it!! I am amazed by the fact that you guys keep coming back to my lil 'ol blog! Makes a girl smile...so be on the lookout for some blog candy coming very, very soon!!!***

I love this card.
The colors are so pretty and I like the attention to details. I agree, sometimes less is more.
