I made this card for Beate's weekend sketch challenge. I had a hard time finding my mojo this morning...this little card took way too long! ...I know because my 4 yr old said to me a few times "Are you still making THAT card!!?...It's taking forever!" I could only sympathize with him, because it really was! :) I knew the paper I wanted to use, then it took forever to decide on a stamp set...so I just went with a simple image! Anyway...I found this Basic Grey LilyKate paper the other day at Hobby Lobby! So that was my starting point, cuz it's just so pretty...I love the colors and the patterns in this paper set are so different and neat. I used my little bird friend from Stampendous. Isn't he cute?! I did lots of layers and distressed the edges a bit....added some brads and finally...I finished!HAVE A FANTASTIC, WONDERFUL, FUN & RELAXING WEEKEND!!!
