All is Well
Hi...I don't even know where to begin! First...we are all ok and doing fine after Hurricane Ike. We were spared compared to most. We are soooo blessed!! I am so grateful for my husband and kids. I wasn't here during the hurricane, I was in Utah for my grandpa's funeral. It was stressful and nerve racking to be away but they were troopers and made it through just fine...my hubby is awesome and he had everything under control! He literally held down the fort while I was gone. My flight was canceled a few times so I was gone 3 days longer than planned. But it's all good now! Second...thank you all so much for your kind thoughts and concern for me and my family with the loss of my grandpa. It really was so sweet of you and it really was comforting to read those comments. I have the best blogging/stamping/crafty friends EVER!! I haven't had a chance to stamp or do anything creative yet so I thought I would show you a couple of pictures of the cute things I found while I was in St. George. They have THE BEST home decor stores ever!! One day I want to drive me and my suburban to Utah, fill up the whole car and then drive home and decorate my house! How fun would that be?! I had to be choosy and only get a couple of things cuz my suitcase space was limited. Darn those baggage fees! Anyway....
chat at ya later!

I'm so glad you posted today, Tara! I swear, just last night I was thinking we hadn't heard from you in so long, I was really getting worried! So glad your family made it through Ike okay without you. I can only imagine how hard that must have been on you! Take care and enjoy your time home again!
I heartedly agree with Angie and glad you live west of the hurricane's rage. My family thankfuly faired well considering too. My sis and grown niece are in Katy but most are closer to Pasadena and or Conroe. God bless, your "finds" are adorable.
I love your Harvest sign...too cute.
Love these Tara! They are even cuter in person. Thanks for a great meeting on Friday night! Your house looks adorable with all your fallish stuff. I need to go in the attic and dig out my fall decorations. :)
