Warning:...gushing in this post!...and a card!

Hey!!! It's been a busy few days at our house! This weekend has been and still is the Sound of Music performances...can I just say I am one proud mama!!! Originally we were just going to go to opening night (thursday) and then again tonight and skip out on Friday...but it was so spectacular and fabulous that Shawn and I couldn't miss one single show so we went last night too! WOW....what an incredible show...those kids have worked so hard and it is sooooo good you forget that you are at a high school performance! Of course our little Louisa was the star to us! Kailee has done such a fantastic job...I can't wait to share some pics with you on Monday!!! Ok...I will try to contain the gushing for a moment! On to cards....
This is just a quick one I made to show rub-ons to my gals at Stamp Club! I think it turned out cute...I love how rub-ons make a great looking card in such a short amount of time!
what's in it?...
paper...chocolate chip, old olive, regal rose

accessories...rub-ons (happiness & love), olive brad, olive ribbon
other...corner rounder, rub-on tool, paper piercer

Also I am sharing a picture of the creation Tyson came up with...he's my 7 yr old. He got all my scraps out last weekend and decided to make a "bow" for a present. He curled strips of paper around his finger and then stapled them all together and this is what he got!!! Pretty cute huh?! He is awfully proud and that makes me awfully proud!! He insisted that I post a picture on my blog and I was happy to comply!
Oh my....I said I would put a hold on the gushing and I just can't seem to do it! Have a good weekend!!! We have had gorgeous weather so we are going to find something to do outside today before we head to the play tonight!
