Cute as a Bug

I took a minute to do today's color challenge over at Splitcoast. I also decided to do the sketch challenge too cuz I was struggling to find a layout I liked! I have wanted to use my bug set for a while...it's been forever since I did anything with it! So I was making my card, after I got the layout going it was coming together pretty good...then the phone rang and I got distracted talking to a friend and I started gluing down the words and goofed! So don't look to closely or you will see they are gross...they didn't get spaced evenly, that's why there is one oddball ant in there! I tried to pull them up but that was a big mistake...once that glue dries they aren't kiddin' about it being permanent :) Oh well...what are ya gonna do? Good thing this will probably go to a kid and hopefully they will be forgiving! :)
what's in it?...
stamps...Cute as a Bug, Canvas background
paper...wild wasabi, blue bayou, barely banana, whisper white
ink...wild wasabi, blue bayou, barely banana
accessories...banana ribbon, staples

I guess I am not as savy as most, because I didn't even notice anything wrong, and it took me a while, after reading your post to notice. I like the random ant. :)

This is a great card (I really like the canvas background). If you hadn't of said anything, I would have thought this was the original design. The little ant is a fun accent. My cards *never* turn out the way I want them, and sometimes our "fix-ups" turn into happy surprises that make the card even better than intended. Thanks for sharing; I love this stamp set.

Super cute card! Love those little guys! It's so funny how we (the person who makes the card) sees all the things wrong with it when the people who view the card would never know or see it! I do that all the time! I love it, great job with the color challenge!
